Returns for Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, here’s how we can assist:

  1. Inspect Your Order Upon Receipt
    • Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery.
    • Report any issues to hello@enzim.sg within seven (7) days of receiving your order.
  2. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
    • Items must be in their original condition, unopened, unused, and with packaging intact.
    • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been opened or used.
  3. How to Return
    • Contact us at hello@enzim.sg to initiate the return process.
    • Shipping costs for returns are to be borne by the buyer.
    • Refunds or exchanges will be processed only after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
  4. Refund Timeline
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 15 working days and credited back to your original payment method.
    • Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

General Refund Policy

  1. Final Sales
    • All sales are final.
    • Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded due to change of mind or failure to apply promotional codes.
  2. Refunds for Approved Returns
    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
    • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
    • Allow up to 15 working days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
